Please note, for any warranty work to completed on a product purchased from Long Eaton Motorcycles, you must have the original invoice and you must contact us within the warranty time period, it is you, the customer's, responsibility to have the bike transported to us at Long Eaton motorcycles for us to determine what warranty work needs to be carried out. You must leave the bike with us and we will aim to fix the bike as soon as possible. Warranty work will not be completed if any of the following has happened:  Bike has been damaged due to an accident, Bike has been damaged due to theft or attempted theft, modifications have happened to the bike since the sale or if if any consumable items have not been maintained.   All the bikes we sell have been hand picked and fully checked over in the workshop before sale, all bikes over 3 years old have a minimum of 10 Months MOT and all come with a minimum of 1 month warranty.  If Long Eaton Motorcycles determines the job requested is not a warranty item, we will speak to you before work commences.  ( This excludes all customers who have purchased a WMS Group extended warranty, for any claims or info on WMS Warranties please call 01844293810)
